Anitsen’s Inspirational Easel
Marius’ comments: On the 5th of November last year Anitsen and Willem took their vows at the Montrose Castle; pre-drinks and the reception followed at the Pezula Clubhouse and deck. Marius recalls their special day:
“With a Crystal Chic theme in a colour palette of silver, mirror, glass and ice blue determining the overall décor style, to Anitsen and Willem the setting, the ambience, the fare and the music were to be the most significant aspects of their wedding. Well, the Castle with its backdrop of beach and sea, and Pezula with its inimitable elegance and service to match pretty much took care of that – we simply added those delicate finer details to complete the picture!
The ceremony under the gazebo dressed with shimmering crystal string detail, the aisle in pristine white, white Tiffany guest seating bearing the order of service, and the peaceful echoes of the classical trio perfect in the background; and Anitsen just gorgeous in satin organza detailed with intricately crafted Swarovski crystal…
Then pre-drinks on the Clubhouse deck under cover of the ecru Bedouin tent – impressive ice sculptures in blues, oysters galore, countless cylinder vases holding gently flickering floating candles, and of course the upbeat sounds of the jazz band…
And for the grand finale – silver containers overflowing with orchids and yet more orchids, uplighters and downlighters, candles and crystal chandeliers; smoked duck breast, lightly smoked salmon trout and coffee and chocolate cashew nut biscotti; a glittering confetti bomb! And yes, the DJ’s must-have eclectic music mix to get the party started…
